Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Product satisfaction is very important to us and we always aim to produce the highest quality products, however, if you are not satisfied or if you believe your product is faulty please send us an email at hello@reikabotanics.com within 14 days of purchase with a photo of the fault and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or process refunds due to allergic reactions or skin/hair conditions. Please make sure you always read the full ingredients list, suitability information and directions of use for the product before placing your order.
For electrical items, if it is found to be faulty, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the product. After this 30-day period, we do not offer refunds.
Damaged items in transit are eligible for a full refund or replacement if reported to hello@reikabotanics.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.
Shipping charges, international customs fees and taxes are not refundable. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds, or duty fees beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
We aim to respond within 48 hours and process refunds within 10 working days. Please note we are closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.
